The listed price includes all expenses and taxes.
Payment method: Payment is made in two installments. A deposit of 20% of the total reservation amount is paid at the time of booking. The remaining amount is payable via bank transfer before arrival or in cash no later than upon arrival.
Cancellation policy: For cancellations made up to 30 days before the agreed arrival date, we will refund the full deposit. After that, we will retain the entire deposit amount.
Payment can be made to a foreign currency account via bank transfer (details will be provided upon apartment reservation).
